Our dog friendly 3 bedroom Victorian terraced house is the perfect place for a night out in town, catching up with family and friends or for work. Its also a great stop over if you wish to break up a long journey as its located minutes from the M6.
Although the town centre is only minutes walk, our house sits on a quiet street, away from the night life, ensuring that you can take time to have a peaceful night. We are lucky to have wonderful and friendly neighbours too.

A message from us...
Since opening our doors in October 2023, we have gone from strength to strength, receiving mostly 10/10 from our lovely guests. The garden renovation was completed in April 2024 and we love adding new bits and pieces as we go along. We love pets so we are so happy to be able to welcome the whole family for visits.
We are also very lucky to have fabulous neighbours who you may see on occasions, they are our friends and help to look out for us.

Our house offers a unique self-catering experience where you have a buzzy market town centre just minutes walk, full of local pubs, restaurants, music, boutiques, cafes, market and with plenty to do if you wish.
Or you can relax in the comfort of your own exclusive home and garden, order in a take away or opt to cook in the fantastic open plan kitchen/dining room making the space the central hub of the house.
Beautiful location
Whether you love hiking or cycling, Sandbach is a region where lots of hidden gems are waiting to be explored and visited.
The town itself has lots of Saxon history as well as being just a short drive from Little Morton Hall (National Trust), Mow Cop, The Parsons Well, Brereton Heath Nature Reserve, Biddulph Grange Botanical Garden (National Trust), Delemere Forest, Tatton Park, The Potteries and much more.
Fun and thoughtful decor
No.24 is thoughtfully decorated, with an eclectic mix of both old and new. Its fresh with added splashes of colour and humour and excellent attention to detail making your stay welcoming and relaxed.
Woof!
We love our pets and know that you do too so we allow up to two well behaved dogs. Treats, bowls, blankets, towels, poop bags are provided for you. Our secure private garden enables them to feel at home too. We do ask that pets are kept downstairs only please and not left alone in the house.
There is a field for a run around located at the bottom of Welles street and turn to your right. There are also lots of dog friendly pubs in Sandbach, as well as lots of National Trust parks and forests just a short drive away.
Please note there is an extra cleaning fee per stay.
Alfresco
In the garden...
Secure and private garden, perfect if you are travelling with pets* which can be a little suntrap. It is set up with outside table and chairs to the patio at the rear where you can have enjoy alfresco dining is you wish.
