Downstairs at No.24...
Lounge: Located to the front of the house where you can relax, watch (SMART) TV and this includes a sofa which can turn into a small double bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) Bedding and towels will be provided and the bed set up for your stay in advance).
Kitchen/Dining Room: This is a fantastic open plan space, much larger than expected, with a table in the centre, it’s certainly the hub of the house to eat, drink and play any of the games that are there for you to use. The kitchen is there is you wish to cook on the gas stove, fan oven, microwave, pans, crockery, toaster… its all there ready for you.
Games cupboard: Feel free to play any of the games provided for you (and its where the welcome chocolates are!) You’ll find tea, coffee, fruit teas are provided for you to use. The fridge has milk sachets for you to use, along with a selection of condiments to use if you wish.
Blue folder: Info on how to use the heating, wifi code (FREE Wifi), our house rules, menus for local places, etc.
Review board: check out the lovely messages that guests have left for us and we would love for you to leave us a note too.
Private Garden: The beautiful garden has been recently refurbished with a patio to the back for a bit of Alfresco Dining if the weather is sunny during your stay. You will find a selection on kitchen non-breakables for you to use outside.
Smoking/Vaping is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY and we ask you to please use the ashtrays provided.

The Boudoir: A super king bed, wardrobe (extra pillows and blankets are located here), chest of drawers and black out blinds for the added deep sleep. A travel cot is also in this room is needed, you will need to provide your own cot bedding). Towels and blankets provided.*
Twin Room: located to the front of the house, 2 beds, wardrobe (iron, ironing board and a stand dryer are located here), chest of drawers and black out blinds for the added deep sleep. Towels and blankets provided.*
Single Room: located off of The Boudoir with a door for privacy, with a black out curtain for the added deep sleep. Towels and blankets provided.*
Bathroom: Small bath/stand in shower, sink and toilet, flannels, bath mat.*
